The edamame served with our appetizer is amazing! You can have as many refills as you like! Edamame is the perfect snack to go with alcohol, and goes great with cold beer and hot yakitori. Please also try our wide variety of alcoholic drinks, including sake, shochu, highballs, sours, cocktails, and hoppy!
Food Carefully selected secret "sauce" and "salt"
Ogiya is very particular about the sauce and salt. For the base of the sauce, we use a luxurious "saishikomi soy sauce" that is made by brewing soy sauce twice. The salt is a rock salt layer in Germany that was created by tectonic movements a long time ago. The mineral-rich natural rock salt formed there is blended with Malaysian black pepper, which has a stimulating aroma that whets the appetite.
