We serve 100% domestic horse meat sashimi from Kumamoto Prefecture. Our assortment includes four different cuts, so you can enjoy comparing the different cuts. You can also order additional cuts you like, such as fillet, loin, lean meat, and mane. Once you've tried horse meat sashimi with Kumamoto's sweet soy sauce, you'll never forget the taste. We also recommend our horse meat sashimi nigiri and sakura yukke! The horse meat wasabi is especially perfect as a snack. Our horse meat Teppan-yaki can be enjoyed in the style of Genghis Khan (Mutton grilled on a hot plate) with vegetables such as bean sprouts.

Our restaurant has a wide selection of sake that goes well with horse sashimi. We always have about 20 types of sake available, mainly local sake from the Tohoku region. The lineup changes with the seasons, and you can check it on the blackboard menu. You can enjoy a wide range of sake, from reasonably priced to premium. In addition, the all-you-can-drink menu allows you to compare 7 types of sake. You can choose from a 2-hour or 3-hour course, so please enjoy the sake slowly with the delicious food.
