Our restaurant can be used for lunch or as a cafe while admiring the seasonal scenery. Among them, the ``Japanese Parfait'' is a signature menu item that includes jelly, azuki beans, and Ice cream made with local ``Kaga Bocha''. [Cha Kaiseki Course] where you can experience an authentic tea ceremony at a historic place designated as a cultural property by Ishikawa Prefecture. We will rent out the main room of Mugen-an for your hospitality. Enjoy a kaiseki meal using local Kaga ingredients and a tea ceremony. We also have a [snow course] that is easier for first-timers to participate in. This is "Sabo Uruhashi", where you can try a variety of dishes and try making matcha tea while receiving instruction. Mugen-an is a samurai shoin mansion built in 1912 (Taisho 1). In the Meiji period, this historic building was completed using the best building materials and traditional techniques of the time. Now, we offer pre-photography services for coming-of-age ceremonies and weddings, with this beautiful scenery as a backdrop. We also offer a ``Celebration Plan'' where you can not only take pictures but also enjoy a meal. Please come and experience traditional culture and create special memories in this luxurious place nurtured by Kaga Hyakumangoku.
