Hisago-tei is a long-established Seafood restaurant and okonomiyaki restaurant that has been in business for 40 years in the local area. When it first opened, it was the first Okonomiyaki specialty restaurant in Moriya City, and long-time customers seem to have a strong impression of it as an Okonomiyaki specialty restaurant from that time, but the current owner took over from his predecessor and has added carefully selected Seafood dishes to the traditional Okonomiyaki. This new style seems to be supported by a wide range of people, especially locals. And this time, a colleague told me that Hisago-tei has an amazing set! . It's the "Otsukaresama Set" that is only available on weekdays, and it's a set that you can enjoy easily for 1,980 yen! . I had to go! So, it's about a 5-minute walk from TX Moriya Station? I went inside the restaurant and went to the raised seat on the left side. This raised seat, private room, and sunken kotatsu style make it quite relaxing at this point. (*｀▽´*) I immediately looked at the menu and ordered the "Otsukaresama Set" recommended by my colleague. The menu consisted of a glass of beer, Fried food, grilled food, and sashimi. You could choose extra beer or draft beer. I chose draft beer. At this point, three boiled clams were served as appetizers, so this was also a good deal. (^^) Fried food: Fried sardines with plum and shiso. The plum and shiso transformed the blue fish's unique smell into a wonderful flavor, and it was really delicious. ✨ Grilled food: On this day, it was grilled fuco. Hisago Salad It looks good, but it's also very filling. Fresh raw vegetables and lots of seafood such as shrimp, tuna, and squid! . This is not only delicious, but it's addictive.
