On Sunday, after relaxing at the barber, I dropped by "Toriyoshi Honten" in Ninomiya, Tsukuba City (^ ^)ノ This is the main store of a long-established yakitori chain that has been in business for over 30 years and is representative of Tsukuba and southern Ibaraki Prefecture! I made a reservation 10 minutes before going to the store and arrived around 18:00 (^ ^)ノ First of all... Oh, they have Akaboshi medium bottle! ︎ I ordered it immediately to wash my throat (^ O ^) ♪♪ And for snacks, I ordered ・Eyed snapper kelp-cured sashimi ・Tender and tender stewed tripe ・Deep-fried young chicken (^ ^) ♪♪ First, the stew! This was indeed as the menu name suggests, and was delicious ♪♪ Next, the eye snapper kelp-cured! This was also refreshing, but the umami of the kelp made it delicious (^ ^)ノ And then the deep-fried young chicken! ...Ah, the oil didn't drain off quite well (ﾟдﾟ)ノ I felt a bit bloated (sweat) So I ordered some skewers! ・Hatsumoto (early chicken) x 2 (salt) ・Neck x 2 (salt) ・ chicken dish (salt) ・Thigh (sauce) ・White liver (sauce) ・Stamina (garlic sauce) (^ ^)ノ All the skewers were delicious, but the sauce from the fried chicken dragged over my tongue (sweat) So I was actually thinking of ordering Torikichi Ojiya as the final dish, but decided against it. I also finished with two Akaboshi drinks and a fresh Amanatsu sour! Everything was above average and delicious, if only I hadn't eaten Fried food (lol) Next time I'll be careful and come back!
