At our restaurant, we purchase Shimanto chickens one by one, butcher them from scratch, skewer them, and carefully grill each one over binchotan charcoal. By changing the way each part is salted and cooked, we serve it at the perfect time to bring out the best flavor of the ingredients. We recommend eating the chicken as soon as possible after it is grilled, and slowly savoring the aroma of the charcoal, the saltiness, the texture, and the flavor as they spread in your mouth in that order.

Starting with the ``door,'' which is reminiscent of the main building, the interior of the store is based on the image of ``Japanese'' and is filled with the owner's thoughts in every detail.The interior is a calm space where you can feel the warmth of natural wood.
