It tasted like a mini Steamed meat buns with a garlicky curry flavor, and it was really delicious ♡ It wasn't so juicy, but it was quite juicy! It's steamed instead of grilled, so it's fluffy. By the way, in Nepal, where there are many Hindus, cows are considered to be members of the gods and are not allowed to be eaten, but water buffalo is said to be okay to eat. is. Dipping sauce? What came out was ketchup and a light tomato-flavored spicy sauce. Ketchup didn't go well with me (lol) Spicy sauce went perfectly with it~♡ I wasn't satisfied with it, so I had chili powder and spicy paste! This spicy paste is super spicy and delicious! I enjoyed it while mixing it with the spicy sauce◎ It seems like this spicy paste is mixed into the curry to adjust the spiciness.・Cho Min Nepali style Yakisoba (stir-fried noodles). The inside of the store is spacious and feels like you can relax. The fluffy sofa was very comfortable◎ ■Takari Set (mutton curry) The lunch menu is quite extensive. This time I wanted to try two types of curry, so I went with the Takari set. Of course it's extremely spicy. For the dal curry and the other curry, you can choose between chicken or mutton ◎ This time I chose mutton, and it was bone-in and delicious with no odor ♡ And above all, it was spicy! Dal curry has a sweet taste from the beans that makes the spiciness a little milder, but meat-based curry has a sharp aftertaste. This is a dish that goes well with rice~ The potato and green bean tarkari was really delicious~♡ Since I didn't have time to eat slowly, I ended up having all the achar mixed in with the curry. This had a different texture and was delicious (lol) The Takari set is all-you-can-eat rice! The amount of curry is quite large, so I think it's a good idea to get a second helping of rice ◎ I also got some naan from my companion, and it was chewy, fluffy, sweet, and delicious ♡ Next time, I'll eat momos!
