Kochi Prefecture's specialty is ``Straw-grilled Bonito Tataki.'' Enjoy the authentic taste here in Kobe! The straw is set on fire and roasted vigorously. Available for 1 to 3 people. By grilling the surface all at once, the flavor is trapped inside, and by smoking it, it gives off a smoky aroma. Once you've enjoyed the salt tataki, the next step is to try the sauce♪ You can enjoy two delicious dishes in one dish.

We offer banquet courses where you can enjoy a wide variety of menus using plenty of local ingredients. From the ``Sawachi cuisine'' course, a staple of Kochi banquets, where seasonal dishes from the mountains, sea, and land are lavishly arranged on a large platter, to the dashi shabu shabu course with exquisite Soudabushi. We have a variety of plans that incorporate Tosashimizu City's charming local specialties.

Conveniently located, just a 3-minute walk from Sannomiya Station. Our restaurant has a charming appearance that makes the most of the atmosphere of an old-style Japanese house. The interior is stylish, yet full of the atmosphere of Tosashimizu. We have a total of 105 seats on the first floor, where you can relax and unwind with table and counter seats, and on the second floor, where all seats are semi-private rooms.
