It's a snack shop that uses high-quality ingredients. (It's not a high-end restaurant!) It's located in Kobe, but it's like Osaka. People say we're eccentric, but we don't care and open our business while drinking at our own pace. It's a hobby shop and an Izakaya (Japanese-style bar) like restaurant, so it may be a little different for those who want to be treated like a high-pressure butler. However, I think it's suitable for those who want to enjoy eating at the counter! The most important thing is the customer drama, which was mentioned in the philosophy.

Hello. To briefly summarize my career, I graduated from Konan Kindergarten to Konan University. When I was in junior high school, I was a member of the rugby team and was selected as a starter for the All-Hyogo team using the ultimate practice method. At university, I joined a golf club...If you're a caddy, leave it to me. I did a good job hunting and became a decent salesman. However, my dream of becoming a creator led me to join a pioneer in Meat Dishes called Meat Master Nakata...He taught me everything about cooking and hospitality. I'm really thankful to you.
Food Meat that Yuzaburo loves
We carry two types of Kobe beef and specially selected Wagyu beef. Kobe beef is 100% Kobe beef made by Mr. Seto. It's a lean meat that is "obviously" different from others. Perfect in terms of flavor and texture. The specially selected Wagyu beef is Daikoku Sengyu. The first time I ate this meat, I was shocked. The most important part of Wagyu beef is fat, which is amazing. It has a sweet, smoky aroma and depth, and a low melting point, giving it a different personality from Tajima beef. Daikoku Sengyu uses carefully selected females from its own farm and ages them for 21 days.
