思ったほどに甘辛な味付けでもなく濃い味付けでも
なかった。何年か前に駅でいただいた豚丼は割りと
濃いめかつ甘めな味付けで、蒲焼のタレに近い味と
感じたが、こちらの豚丼は割りとあっさりすっきり。
しつこくない印象だった。
豚肉自体は格段にやわらかいとは感じなかったが、
とくに嚙み切りにくいこともなくサクッと切れる。
豚肉は普通の豚肉...と言うか、食べ慣れた豚肉だ。
特別に良質ではないが、悪いわけでなく普通の豚肉。
それが美味しくいただけるのだから素敵だ。
自分はグリンピースは好きで、タレの味の間にある
淡白な味がホッとさせるが、嫌いな方は避けて
しまうのだろうな。
メニューの差は豚肉の量の差。ご飯の量は同じとか。
ガッツリお腹いっぱいにするなら梅くらいらしいが、
いまの自分には松のご飯少なめで十分。
