A soba restaurant in Yunicho that has been serving soba noodles made in a noodle factory since 1989. Last time I was in Kuriyama, I visited the Kuriyama store, and although it had a low rating, it was delicious, so I decided to visit the one in Yuni town. There are three types of soba noodles here: thin and thick green soba noodles with seaweed powder. The thin noodles are made from Horokanai soba noodles with a 28% malt content. It has a firm texture with some edges and a smooth texture. You can taste the wakame seaweed. Horokanai is a little harder and not as smooth as wakame. And the specialty Zangi! You can order just one of these. It's crispy and juicy, and quite delicious.
