Apparently it takes a very long time to brew one cup, so we ordered three types to take takeaway. I ordered medium roasted, unground beans and tried them in a regular coffee maker. The clear difference between this coffee and other coffees was the wonderful aroma. It's hard to put into words, but I would highly recommend this coffee to anyone who loves coffee. I found this shop by chance. When I asked the owner what the most popular bean variety was, he replied, "There's no such thing." He was very humble and funny.
