I had heard rumors of the restaurant going independent and had been interested in it for a while. The restaurant is originally from the famous Hakodate restaurant "Ajisai," and I thought I might return if it was in the same style, but I was pleasantly surprised! This noodle shop, rare in Hakodate, serves Chinese noodles with a modern twist, with the noodles and soup taking center stage. I had the Chinese noodles, and the richness of the soup, the balance of saltiness and sweetness of the sauce, and the selection of noodles - all of which showed great taste. Overall it is a well-balanced, high-quality drink.
