Furano Milk Pudding is made with milk, eggs, beet sugar, and vanilla beans, and baked in a small milk bottle. The Furano milk used is non-homogenized, meaning the fat globules are not homogenized. It has no added ingredients, so you can enjoy a rich flavor in winter and a light flavor in summer. Please enjoy this proud pudding, baked softly in the oven just in time.

Double Fromage was invented to add another flavor to New York Cheesecake. The bottom layer is a baked cheesecake made with cream cheese, and the top layer is a cheese mousse made with mascarpone.
