Today's lunch is raw chirashi lunch at Takazushi!! I was driving and thinking about what to eat when I saw the lunch sign. The restaurant is called Takazushi. This sushi restaurant is located in a quiet area with little foot traffic and is hard to find. I was curious and looked into it, and found out that there is a private parking lot. Let's go!! When you open the door, you'll see a very professional chef standing there. "Come in. Please come here." I was shown to my seat. He doesn't seem like a very friendly boss. But the value for money for lunch here is amazing!! Fresh chirashi Sushi comes with Small dish bowl and miso soup for just 880 yen!! The raw chirashi is packed with ingredients such as tuna, scallops, salmon, octopus, white fish, tamagoyaki (rolled egg), imitation crab meat, kamaboko (fish cake), and mushrooms! And three types of Small dish. Simmered dish kelp, macaroni salad, and pickled turnips. They are all delicious!! And I forgot to take a picture, but the miso soup was ridiculously delicious!! The dashi flavor is so strong that I could eat rice with just this miso soup! Even in these high-price times, you can enjoy such a great lunch at this price at Takasushi! This is a shop you should definitely visit!
