Hot Pot hotpot is a nutritious and invigorating dish that is rich in collagen and amino acids. Our restaurant serves it in a delicious soup made with local chicken, vegetables, mushrooms, and more. If you make a reservation in advance, we can serve it to you as soon as you are seated. Our recommendation is the "Shin Hot Pot Hotpot," which takes more than four days to prepare! We carefully extract the broth using 30 to 40 bones from Satsuma Jidori chickens, bringing out the power of the local chicken. Please also try our four courses, which allow you to taste our carefully prepared hotpots.

Seared local chicken allows you to enjoy the original flavor of the ingredients. It has an addictive texture and is a must-try dish. Try it with tamari soy sauce, recommended for first-timers, or kabosu ponzu, a classic Satsuma dish. Grilled local chicken thighs are available in two sizes, large and small, and the more you chew, the tastier they become. You can choose from three different seasonings - salt, miso, or salt koji - and with or without sliced garlic. We also recommend topping them with green onions and eggs. Both are grilled over charcoal to lock in the flavor.

Our restaurant is located in a hidden back alley. The interior of the restaurant has a homey wooden interior with 27 seats in total, including 7 counter seats, 8 table seats, and 12 sunken kotatsu seats. Smoking is permitted inside, and the restaurant can be reserved for private use for groups of 10 or more! We can accommodate up to 30 people. The spacious seating arrangement makes it perfect for entertaining or dining, and we also welcome solo diners who just drop in after work. Look for the easy-to-find "Jin" sign and feel free to drop in.

"Sapporo Classic" is a beer that is only available in Hokkaido, but our store offers "Perfect Classic," which is only available at select restaurant that have passed the screening process. Please enjoy our draft beer with fine foam, poured with great care. We have about 15 types of shochu from breweries that skillfully express the deliciousness unique to Kyushu, and about 6 types of sake carefully selected by the owner, who is a big sake lover! You can also enjoy seasonal items depending on the month.
