2019.8/12:30, alone. Today I had lunch in Sera-cho again, and it was my first visit. The outside temperature was 35 degrees, and I couldn't eat Ramen or Okonomiyaki. I searched and found Japanese-style meal, so I decided immediately. It was summer vacation, so the restaurant was almost full with many families. There were no counter seats, but the table seats alone seemed to be able to seat a total of 40 people. I could see a raised tatami room on the other side of the entrance. There was a menu on the table, and I found a seasonal menu and ordered Tenzaru Soba (single item) for 880 yen. While waiting, I opened the menu and checked it. The meal arrived in about 5 minutes, and there was no moisture on the surface of the soba, so I don't think it was freshly boiled. I wish they would at least rinse it with cold water, and it was of course 28% broth, right? The wasabi was also a commercially available tube. Tempura was freshly fried! Eggplant, green beans, 2 shrimp, sweet potato. There was too much batter and it was over-fried. The soba soup was not too sweet, which was good. Of course, there was no soba soup. It seemed that most people ordered Fried food and Ramen. Thank you for the meal.
