It was hard to find fugu dishes in Hiroshima city, but then I found our restaurant! I had the grilled fugu course. It was my first time eating grilled fugu, and the meat was plump and delicious. The way it was grilled with sauce over and over again reminded me of eel. The sashimi hotpot and rice porridge were both filling and satisfying.
