ChefMiyabiwa Chef/Hiroki Ishida
Born in Muroran City, Hokkaido. After working at the Westin Tokyo, he worked at long-established restaurants mainly in Tokyo Ginza and the metropolitan area. In 2011, upon the opening of the Sheraton Hotel Hiroshima, he became the head chef of the Japanese restaurant "Miyabi". We always strive to provide food that exceeds the expectations of both domestic and international customers, who come from different cultures.
In January, we recommend the "New Year’s Special Kaiseki," featuring luxurious seasonal ingredients.
To celebrate the New Year and express our gratitude for your patronage over the past year, we are pleased to offer a special course meal featuring luxurious ingredients such as Hiroshima beef, Hiroshi
