We carefully select and purchase fresh fish from Toyosu Market from all over the country from trusted suppliers. You can enjoy the deliciousness of the ingredients themselves. Processing using the Tsumoto method concentrates the flavor, giving it a deep flavor not only in carpaccio but also when grilled. We purchase vegetables that are good for the body, and meat that is of the highest quality at any given time.
