The tail is carefully prepared over two days, which eliminates any odor and brings out the natural sweetness of the meat. The tongue is grilled to a crispy surface and the rich flavor spreads in your mouth, making it a masterpiece that you'll want to eat again and again. In addition, except for some rare brands, all shochu are available at a reasonable price of 480 yen. We always stock about 20 types of wine, including red, white, and sparkling.
