When you think of Rakutenchi, the first thing that comes to mind is the "Niramori". The tripe is made with six types of fresh raw tripe carefully selected by the chef. The tripe, carefully selected by the chef who has been making only Motsu-nabe (Offal hotpot), goes perfectly with the soup! The secret soup is a soy sauce base that has remained unchanged for over 40 years. The vegetables are piled so high that the soup is invisible, and the flavor that dissolves from the tripe is irresistible.
