Food Historical “Genryu Hakata Ramen” vs. Modern Tonkotsu “Komaru Ramen”
"Genryu Hakata Ramen" has been passed down from the Hakata Ramen shop [Sanmaji] that opened in 1940. A delicious dish with a light pork bone soup flavored with soy sauce and hearty flat noodles! If you want to eat modern-style pork bone Ramen thick and thin noodles, try the ``Komaru Ramen'' ◎ A rich bowl of Genryu Hakata Ramen soup with rich pork broth and fragrant black maru oil. We also offer great value sets for both day and night, as well as courses where you can choose Hakata Ramen as a finishing touch.

Hakata's new specialty, ``Tori skin skewers,'' uses carefully selected parts of the chicken skin that are carefully skewered one by one by craftsmen and then slowly roasted over low heat. Remove excess fat. Once an order is placed, it is baked again until golden brown, so the outside is crispy! The inside is chewy and juicy♪ It's no wonder why so many people come for the chicken skin, both within and outside the prefecture! In addition, the ``Hakata Hitokuchi Gyoza / Dumpling'', which is made with domestic ingredients mainly from Kyushu, is attractive with its crispy skin and juicy meat!

We use high-quality offal from domestic beef. The umami from the generous portions of cabbage and the salt and soy sauce soup are exquisite. To finish off the hotpot, we also recommend rice porridge with beaten eggs, but our recommendation is definitely Ramen. Unique to Umauma!
