Izakaya (Japanese-style bar) is proud of its Grilled skewer, which are prepared in-house and carefully grilled over binchotan charcoal by our chefs! We especially recommend the rare "white liver" and the "tsukune," which are hand-kneaded, raw meatballs slowly grilled. Other offer odorless stewed offal, simmered for 5 hours, and 12 to 13 types of seasonal recommended dishes.
