場です。 English: I came here because the restaurant name has Taiwanese Cuisine in it lol Get off at Ichikawa IC and head a little way towards Colton When you reach Sangyo-dori, turn left onto it and you'll find the restaurant just before the Ozu fork lol There's a gravel parking lot for 5 cars a little west of the restaurant, which is convenient lol The restaurant is small, with a total of about 7 tables and tatami mat tables, it's neither small nor large lol There are quite a few items on the menu, so it seems like it would be difficult to decide on the spot unless you've done your research (^^; I'm not an expert on Taiwanese Cuisine, and I'm still learning, but it seems like the only Taiwanese Cuisine are Century egg egg tofu, sausages and Taiwanese Ramen... I think the lineup is typical of a mainland Chinese Cuisine. After looking at the menu and asking, Lu rou fan... they don't have it Daikon mochi... they don't have it Stir-fried water spinach... I can't find it Tamagoyaki with radish... I can't find it Beef noodles... I can't find it Dumpling soup... I can't find it Clams pickled in soy sauce... Naturally, I can't find it It's no good... I have no choice, so I'll just order something randomly lol. Beef stir-fried with black pepper is a Chinese stir-fry of beef, paprika, green peppers, shimeji mushrooms, carrots, young corn, and onions lol. It doesn't have a strong grilled aroma, is moderately cooked, has a low salt content, a slight vinegar-like sourness, and a slight sweetness, and the black pepper is not strong. Compared to this type of continental dish, it is quite light in flavor and sweet lol. The portion is decent lol. Century egg egg tofu (380 yen excluding tax) is made up of Century egg egg, slightly hard firm tofu?, plenty of bonito flakes, and a little green onion lol. Century egg egg is not very strong and easy to eat lol. The sauce is seasoned sharply without any sweetness or sourness, and is delicious lol. I think the flavor of the bonito flakes is quite the main lol. Gomoku fried rice (680 yen excluding tax) is piled high on a large plate, and is quite voluminous lol. Mixed vegetables, ham? Eggs are the main ingredients lol It's very light and fluffy, and there's a lot of ingredients, so the rice grains are independent and entangled with the ingredients lol It's not cooked very well, not very fragrant, not very salty, and not very oily, so it has a slightly vague taste. It's easy to eat lol Xiaolongbao (480 yen excluding tax) comes with 4 pieces and sauce lol When you bite into the thick skin... no soup comes out... There's a lot of meat inside, and it's like a small Steamed meat buns (''? The sauce is not too salty, and has a strange taste that is sour and sweet lol. The fried river shrimp (480 yen excluding tax) comes with a generous amount of fried shrimp on top of shrimp crackers lol. The shrimp crackers are quite tasty (^^@. The fried shrimp is somewhere between the size of the river shrimp you get at a bar and the sweet shrimp, and is slightly more sweet than the sweet shrimp lol. It has a lot of batter, is lightly salted, and has a slightly weaker shrimp aroma, and is quite different from the river shrimp you get at a bar lol. The portion is plentiful, and it's a very reasonable dish lol. This may have been the best thing I had this time lol. The almond tofu (280 yen excluding tax) was not too sweet, not too sour, and not too soupy, it was a very simple tasting almond tofu lol. It may have been quite a rare taste (^^@. The oolong tea (250 yen excluding tax) was normal lol. Overall, it was light on the salt, not too fragrant from being fried, and tended to have a slight sourness and sweetness lol. And, I thought it was a very good value for money. I was disappointed that I couldn't find much that looked like Taiwanese Cuisine, but the food was generally light in flavor and I could tell that it was different from the typical mainland Chinese Cuisine. I've always had the impression that Taiwanese Cuisine restaurants tend to have a light flavor, so I think this was confirmed.
