It also includes 50 varieties that we imported ourselves after traveling to Europe, talking with producers, and assessing the conditions of the fields. Oyster are purified for about 48 hours in a tank containing deep ocean water from Toyama Bay. This is a purification method that utilizes the ecology of Oyster to eliminate bacteria that can cause food poisoning. We carefully select the production area according to the season and enjoy the most delicious Oyster of the day!
