Food blended soup stock
The stock used is also an important ingredient in determining the flavor. Domestic red sea bream, bonito flakes, scallops, and domestic chicken broth add depth and flavor to the dish.
Food material
We use carefully selected ingredients, including our homemade mentaiko, which is made by marinating fresh cod roe, directly shipped from Tsukiji Fish Market, established in the 3rd year of the Ansei era, with a hint of citrus aroma. The cabbage is sourced from specific regions according to the season! Our original sauce is used to finish off the okonomiyaki.
Food material
We use yams to make our Okonomiyaki fluffy. In addition, the flour we use is pure white first-class flour. The aroma of the sauce, the hot, fluffy texture of Okonomiyaki is so delicious that you won't be able to stop eating it with chopsticks.
