nido's chewy fresh pasta uses non-Teflon pasta that is pressed without applying heat using traditional bronze soybeans. This is a masterpiece that combines the rich aroma of durum wheat, which our owner has fallen in love with, with the nido original sauce created by Master Bongiorno Fukuda. We use plenty of seasonal ingredients, so please enjoy our fresh pasta that is both delicious and healthy.
