The biggest thing I'm particular about is Fried Skewers. The owner fries it himself, and the batter is light and crispy, while the center is fluffy and juicy. The frying oil is a blend of food oil, and the breadcrumbs are fresh, uncolored breadcrumbs, so they're healthy! The skewers are made with root vegetables from the Mikawa region, seafood from nearby waters, seasonal ingredients, and domestic brand meat.
