This is a special course where you can fully enjoy the delicious cuisine of Kyushu. The Kumamoto specialty, Basashi (raw horse meat), is a representative dish of Kyushu cuisine, with its rich flavors spreading throughout your mouth. The main dish features stone-grilled beef with plenty of vegetables. Please also enjoy the grilled udon noodles as a finale.
