The crabs we serve at our restaurant are carefully selected to be those with firm meat and clean shells. We use high-quality ingredients that are fresh enough to be eaten as sashimi. Hairy crabs are stored alive in a facility in the port of Tomakomai, Hokkaido, and are air-shipped to maintain their freshness. We also offer crabs selected from various countries around the world.

The castle is a landmark that can be seen at a glance from Toyota's main street, Route 248. There are exhibits of armor, swords, guns, etc., and the rooms include a gorgeous large hall decorated with gold leaf. The restaurant is spacious on one floor, and you can enjoy your meal in a private room with a view of the garden. There are table seats, sunken kotatsu seats, and tatami seating, and there is also a large hall, so groups are welcome◎ There is also a parking lot in the basement of the building, and you can enter the restaurant by elevator without getting wet even on rainy days.
