...hi. "Just like sashimi, freshness is the most important thing when it comes to chestnuts," they believe, and have direct contracts with dozens of local farmers to grow them. When the chestnuts fall, they have them picked up and transported within 24 hours and fully process them in their own factory. They never use any chestnuts that have turned brown or deteriorated, which allows them to make white chestnut kinton.
