Our meat is first grilled over binchotan charcoal, then grilled twice over straw to enhance its flavor. Our recommendation is the "seasoned pork ribs" with our special sweet and spicy original sauce. Enjoy the tender pork ribs grilled over an open flame, drenched in plenty of sauce. We also recommend the 7,700 yen course, which includes nine dishes and all-you-can-drink. Enjoy a variety of dishes, including "pressure Kamameshi (rice cooked in a pot)" and "beef tendon miso chige," with carefully selected beef and pork as the main course.
