Food Tempura fried in two types of the highest quality oil is crispy and light, and the flavor of the ingredients is concentrated!
The frying oil is an original blend of pure rice oil from Kuwana City and borax rapeseed oil from Nishio City. It is popular because it is light and does not weigh on the stomach, and can be eaten with any number of dishes. Popular menu items include the fluffy and meaty ``Mikawa conger eel'' and the ``raw sea urchin shiso'', which is crispy fried shiso and topped with special A sea urchin from Hokkaido. We purchase seasonal fish and vegetables every day from local waters to all over the country. Instead of tempura dipping sauce, we serve it with a unique combination of French and Okinawan salt, as well as original sauces and soups.

The owner started his career as an Italian Cuisine pastry chef, trained at Kyoto cuisine, and opened Tempura after discovering delicious oil. We strive to bring out the flavor of the ingredients to the fullest, and you can enjoy combinations of ingredients that you wouldn't normally eat, such as saury and foie gras, egg and truffle Tempura. The dishes change every day, and we offer a la carte dishes such as aged sashimi, A5 Hida beef rolls with raw sea urchin, roast beef, and homemade ham.

The 14 types of Japanese sake that are usually available are carefully selected by the owner himself, focusing on small breweries that carefully make sake from all over the country. We also have unique brands that you don't often see, so if you ask us, we will suggest drinks that match your food and taste. In addition, we have over 10 types of wine purchased from France and other parts of the world, as well as fresh lemon Chuhai (Shochu cocktail) with domestic lemons.
