At Koji MARUTANI, we have a koji room in one corner of the store. The staff who trained in koji making at the brewery are working hard on making koji. The brewer of the Ginjo workshop will also be visiting to supervise the brewery, so you might even be able to meet him. You can also enjoy dishes, smoothies, amazake, etc. using this raw koji. Enjoy the wonders of koji.
Food We offer Japanese Japanese-style meal and side dishes mainly from local Mikawa that go well with sake.
We use plenty of ingredients mainly from Mikawa, where Sekiya Brewery is located, Toyohashi brand ``Aichi duck'', Shinshiro brand ``Hourai beef'', and vegetables directly delivered from Inatake and Shitara. Dishes that use ingredients grown in the same environment as sake are sure to go well together. In addition, we use the ``preparation water'' used in Sekiya Brewing's sake to luxuriously cook rice and make dashi stock. We also have courses available.

You can enjoy sake mainly from Oku Mikawa's sake ``Horaisen'' and ``Ichinen Fudo.'' I don't think there is any place where you can enjoy the charm of Japanese sake more than here, such as the different temperature ranges, different vessels, and different brewing methods. We also offer sake pairing courses to match the courses. The ``Yawaragi Mizu'' that is served with sake is made from Horaisen water. There are many things we can do because we are a store directly managed by the brewery. Please fall in love with the national sake, ``Japanese sake.''
