We use fresh vegetables purchased directly from reliable contract farmers. These are carefully selected vegetables that the chef personally visits, negotiates, and purchases. It is shipped the same day it is harvested and used on the restaurant's menu the next day. We also check the quality of the vegetables we purchase every day. If there are vegetables whose growth is not favorable depending on the season, we will change the vegetables used in the menu and use the most delicious vegetables of that season.
