We offer a number of exquisite courses using carefully selected ingredients, including the highest grade A5-ranked Japanese black beef, luxurious Seafood such as black abalone and live lobster, and Hungarian foie gras. ``Chef's selection: A Course'' is a popular plan where you can enjoy plenty of high-quality meat and fresh seafood. ChefAya Yamamoto - A rare female chef who continues to evolve
The second daughter of Mr. Jiro Yamamoto, the creator of the original Steak performance. Inheriting his father's desire to create dishes that were not only delicious but also pleasing to the eye, he decided to become a chef. She became the first woman to receive a master's license from the Japan Iron Plate Association. Their performance at Benihana in Hawaii attracted a lot of attention locally. In addition to my Teppan-yaki skills, I am also working on Thai carving and Sweets research, and am still evolving.
