We source 15/eorganic vegetables grown naturally. We carefully select ingredients with love, with the goal of improving immunity. Even if they look uneven, they are delicious and packed with nutrients. We especially recommend the "vegan plate," which allows you to enjoy vegetables to your heart's content while also looking after your body. We use "Tsuchinooto" rice from Gifu Prefecture. It is Hatsushimo rice grown using an enzyme mineral farming method that mainly involves rice bran enzyme blending. Please enjoy this dish that is also kind to the earth.
