One of our signature menu items, ``Bolito Mist,'' is a Northern Italian-style meat oden that you can enjoy while developing the flavor in 4 stages! First, enjoy boiled tofu in a gentle soup stock with the flavors of vegetables and meat, then enjoy Iberian pork shabu shabu-shabu, then Western-style oden with meat and vegetables, and finish with a generous helping of Parmigiano-Reggiano, a specialty of northern Italy.
