The meat in our store is Shinya Ueda's Tajima Gen (Kobe beef), which is made by Shinya Ueda and is a specialty of meat enthusiasts. Among them, we carefully select particularly high-quality, long-term fattened cattle. Shinya Ueda's Kobe beef, which has received Italian Organic Food certification, does not use chemical antibiotics or genetically modified feed, so the unsaturated fatty acids and fats are distributed throughout the meat, making it surprisingly light to enjoy even when it is marbled. Please enjoy the highest quality Kobe beef (Tajima Gen).
