We provide rare and valuable pigs that are not available on the market, delivered directly from the farm. This is the ultimate pork from the Shimabara region of Nagasaki Prefecture, which has been carefully selected for both taste and quality. We offer a variety of menus using Hojuton, such as tataki, shabu shabu-shabu, and loin cutlet sandwiches.

Butagappa's shochu is a selection of shochu selected by our representative who personally visits breweries across the country. Particularly recommended is the industry's first ``foam (Shan chu)''. Sparkling shochu is made by injecting highly concentrated carbon dioxide gas, and the taste of the ingredients and yeast stand out clearly, allowing you to experience a different taste from traditional shochu on the rocks, cold, or warm.
