日間賀島の漁師さんから
直接届く鮮魚が名物とのことで
この日を楽しみにしていました。
ミシュラン掲載店に初訪問です。
店内は蔵の中で照明はダウンライトです。

新鮮な素材を楽しむお店です。
石焼きの知多牛はアツアツ
肉の力強い旨みもあり
すごく美味しかったのですが
換気システムの無い部屋でモクモクになります^ ^
そのため店内全体に牛脂のにおいが…
その他気になることがちょこっとありました。
御料理はとても美味しかったです。
