If you need that bit of motivation to haul yourself to the gym then look no further.
This heartwarming video shows a toddler wearing a nappy imitating the actions of Rocky, the iconic film character played by Sylvester Stallone.
Playing on the television in the living room of Zack Magilavy's home in Cleveland is Rocky II, and the iconic training scene.

The toddler tries shadow boxing and rope skipping as he copies Sylvester Stallone from the film Rocky II
And as Stallone exercises with logs, punches the bag and lifts weights, the little boy replicates the actions.
Profesional boxer Denis Liebau shared the video on his Facebook page, where it has been viewed more than 8.6 million times and has 45,000 likes.
Alongside the posting of the video are the words 'pure motivation'.
As Rocky shows off his one-handed press-ups, the toddler wearing a grey T-shirt gets down onto the carpet and copies.

He even gets down on the ground and copies the one-handed press up, before rising to his feet triumphantly

Woodcutting is next, to develop those arm muscles, before some high-handed pull ups comes next

Star man: Sylvester Stallone starred in the rags to riches hit 1979 film Rocky II as Rocky Balboa
A bit of shadow boxing is next, before the boy 'chops wood' just as the character in the hit 1979 film does.
Then it's into the gym for some pad work, weightlifting and skipping.
The next scene in the film shows Rocky seemingly beaten when hoisting a huge log. As he sinks down to his knees, so does the toddler.
But just as soon as Rocky has bounced up and carried on the intense training, the little boy springs back into action as well.
There's still some more weights to be lifted, more punchbags to be hit, and skipping ropes to be used before the toddler turns to face the camera, pleased with his exertions.
