Konstas II (kwa Kigiriki: Κώνστας, Kōnstas; aliyeitwa "Mwenye ndevu"; Konstantinopoli, 7 Novemba 630 – Siracusa, Italia, 15 Julai 668) alikuwa kaisari wa Dola la Roma Mashariki kuanzia mwaka 641 hadi 668.
