If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return your item(s) as long as they meet the following conditions:

We will not make returns that have exceeded a period of 30 days from the date of delivery.
Returned items must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it.
Customers will not receive a refund of initial shipping charges.

Due to the emissions generated by national and international transport, there is a fixed shipping cost for returns. This will vary depending on the country from where the return is issued. This will be deducted from the total amount of the refund to the customer.
Spain: 5€. European Union 1: (Germany, France, Italy and Belgium) 10€. European Union 2: (All other countries) 15€. Rest of the World: 25€.



The refund of your purchase will be transferred through these two options:

1. On the same credit card with which you placed the order.
2. By bank transfer
You have a maximum period of 30 days to request the refund from the day you receive the order, and it will only be possible if the purchased product is in perfect condition.

GIFT CARD:

There is the possibility to return your online purchase and receive a gift card by email for the value of your product, without paying the return costs.
This card does not expire and you can use it to buy any product on our website for the same value.
