Change the sheet background in Numbers on Mac
You can add a colour to the background of individual sheets in a spreadsheet.
Change the sheet background
Go to the Numbers app on your Mac.
Open a spreadsheet, then select the tab for the sheet that you want to add a background to.
Click an empty space on the sheet so nothing is selected.
In the Format sidebar, click the colour well next to Background, then choose a colour.
If objects on your sheet, such as table cells, graphs and text boxes, don’t have a background fill, they show the background colour. To add a fill, see Change the background of table cells, Add a background to a graph, or Fill objects with colour.
Spreadsheets automatically print with background colours. To turn off background colours when printing, see Print a spreadsheet.
Thanks for your feedback.
