As hurricane season approaches, the City of Cocoa is inviting residents to gear up and get informed at its Annual Hurricane Preparedness Expo, taking place on May 27, from 4 – 6 p.m. at Cocoa City Hall.

BREVARD COUNTY • COCOA, FLORIDA — As hurricane season approaches, the City of Cocoa is inviting residents to gear up and get informed at its Annual Hurricane Preparedness Expo, taking place on May 27, from 4 – 6 p.m. at Cocoa City Hall.

This important community event is designed to help residents prepare for hurricane season by offering direct access to a variety of City Departments. Attendees will have the opportunity to speak with officials, ask questions, and gather vital information on how to keep their homes and families safe during severe weather events.

In addition to helpful guidance, the expo will also feature free hurricane preparedness supplies to help residents build their own hurricane kits. Supplies are limited and will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis.
