slidePresenter Code

merging in changes from 0.40-beta branch, which was released yesterday as 0.40-RC-1. General expectation is that this code will go basically unchanged to a stable release of 0.40, meaning I will release it unless some bugs are found, meaning this is now stable and only bug-fixes will be performed; therefore I'm putting it all in trunk.

fixing revision number on changelog to include previous commit

fixed bug in which non-js content was not showing, due to a missing </div> tag.

updating changelog to match RC-1 release (Rev. 148)

Fixing typos in various files, and some logic errors:
inc/templates/previewImport.tpl.php: fixed unclosed {getLangText} tag
inc/templates/editPresentation.tpl.php: fixed wrongly capitalized {getLangText} tag
inc/functions.php: added error checking for returned object
inc/modules/previewImport.php: fixed missing open parentheses
inc/modules/doImport.php fixed badly placed closing parentheses, in two places
inc/service_functions.php "$presentation" should be "$presentationId"

setting svn:eol-style to 'native' on all files (not counting files in /lib and binary files)

rolling back datafiles for sample presentation to undo some incedental changes made in last commit

replacing tabs with 4 spaces in all files (not counting files in /lib and binary files)

removing trailing spaces on lines in all files (not counting files in /lib and binary files)

fixing bug: {getLangText} was {getlangtext}
