My e-mail account was hacked this morning and bad fraud message was sent to
some of my e-mail recipients.   It's asking your help to me.   Please
ignore it.

I regained control over my e-mail account and will change the account for
security.   Please allow me a couple of days for this.

I think Moodle uses ODBC to connect to PostgreSQL.

Please try to change the settings as per this link to see if that helps.
Note, you might get more errors if the settings don't work, so YMMV. Try
the "Nop" or "Transaction" values.
