declarations of double** in swap functions were corrupted to support VC++

*The not-necessary declaration of a constructor for dss from dge was deleted.

*not nesessary cast functions were removed form _zgsmatrix and _zhsmatrix

*CPPL_DEBUG became more quiet and CPPL_VERBOSE became more verbose.

*I forgot to commit zhsmatrix-double.hpp.

*zgsmatrix and zhsmatrix were added.

*a dgsmatrix counstructor from dssmatrix was added.

*bug fix on dsymatrix::set function. Thanks, Hui Li!!
*change the return object type of zero,initialize,and set functions
to enable quick initialization like ...
